Who we are

AI Mail Processor (https://mail.snoo.at) is a private mailbox assistant. It is operated for the owner of this installation. Contact: the administrator of this site.

What data we process

When you connect IMAP or Gmail, we process:

• Account identifiers (name, email address)
• Message headers and body text needed for classification
• Folder / label information, including Sent, Trash and Spam for learning habits
• OAuth tokens for Gmail (stored encrypted) so the app can sync and apply actions

How Gmail data is used

Gmail access is used only to provide the mailbox features you enable: sync, AI classification, applying rules (keep, archive, delete, mark read, forward invoices), and learning from your review decisions. We do not use Gmail data for advertising, credit scoring, or unrelated AI training. We do not sell user data.

AI Mail Processor's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage and sharing

Mail index data is stored on the operator's server. Classification may be sent to the configured AI provider (for example OpenAI) as email text needed to choose a category and action. Company invoices may be forwarded to an accounting mailbox you configure (Odoo).

Retention and your choices

You can disconnect a Gmail account in the app (Accounts → Delete / Reconnect). You can also revoke access in your Google Account permissions. Deleted remote mail follows your rules; local copies may remain until you remove the account.
