AI Mail Processor classifies and organizes your email so you do not have to.

This application connects to IMAP and Gmail mailboxes, reads message metadata and content, and uses AI to triage mail: keep invoices and contracts, delete spam and stale notifications, archive newsletters, and flag uncertain items for human review.

What it does

  • Syncs Inbox, Sent, Trash, Spam and other folders from connected accounts
  • Classifies mail (invoices, contracts, newsletters, spam, order updates, events)
  • Applies your rules: keep, archive, delete, forward company invoices to Odoo
  • Learns from review decisions and mailbox habits

Why we request Gmail access

  • Read messages so they can be classified
  • Modify labels / move or trash mail when a rule says so
  • Mark messages as read after processing

We do not sell Gmail data, use it for ads, or share it with unrelated services. You can disconnect Gmail at any time under Accounts.

AI Mail Processor's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
